- Seasonal planting and garden clean-up
All services are performed by trained professionals adhering to industry standards to ensure quality and customer satisfaction.
Client Obligations
The client agrees to:
- Provide accurate and complete information regarding the property and specific requirements.
- Ensure access to the property during agreed service times.
- Communicate any special instructions or concerns prior to service commencement.
- Ensure that pets are secured or removed from the service area to prevent any interference.
Failure to fulfill these obligations may result in delays or additional charges.
Payment Terms
Payment for services rendered by Gardening Chiswick is due as follows:
- Invoices will be issued upon completion of the service unless otherwise agreed upon.
- Payments can be made via bank transfer, credit card, or other approved methods.
- Late payments may incur a fee of 5% of the outstanding amount for each week delayed.
- Any disputes regarding invoices must be raised within 14 days of receipt.
All prices are subject to change with prior notice. Discounts may apply for long-term contracts or multiple services availed.
Cancellation Policy
Clients may cancel services under the following conditions:
- Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours in advance to avoid any cancellation fees.
- For cancellations made within the 48-hour window, a fee equivalent to 50% of the scheduled service cost will apply.
- Repeated cancellations may result in termination of service agreements.
In the event of cancellation by Gardening Chiswick, clients will be notified promptly and any prepayments will be refunded or applied to future services as preferred by the client.
Liability
Gardening Chiswick strives to deliver high-quality services; however, the following terms of liability apply:
- We are not liable for any pre-existing damage to property unless directly caused by our negligence.
- Clients are responsible for informing us of any known hazards or delicate installations on the property.
- In cases of accidental damage caused by our staff, Gardening Chiswick will cover repair costs up to a maximum of £1,000.
- We are not responsible for delays caused by factors beyond our control, such as extreme weather conditions.
Clients are encouraged to obtain their own insurance to cover any unforeseen incidents during service delivery.
Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located within Chiswick.
Changes to Terms
Gardening Chiswick reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Clients will be notified of significant changes via email or through our official communication channels. Continued use of our services after such modifications constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
Termination
Either party may terminate the service agreement by providing written notice. Upon termination:
- All outstanding payments up to the termination date must be settled.
- Any prepaid services beyond the termination date will be refunded on a pro-rata basis.
Termination does not absolve the client from fulfilling payment obligations for services already rendered.
Confidentiality
Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of any proprietary information exchanged during the course of service delivery. This includes, but is not limited to, business practices, client information, and property details.
Force Majeure
Gardening Chiswick shall not be held liable for any failure to perform obligations resulting from events beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, acts of government, or other unforeseeable circumstances.
Severability
If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is found to be unenforceable or invalid, the remaining provisions shall continue to be in full force and effect.
Entire Agreement
These Terms and Conditions constitute the entire agreement between the client and Gardening Chiswick regarding the use of our services, superseding any prior agreements or understandings.
Acceptance of Terms
By engaging the services of Gardening Chiswick, clients acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
